IND vs NZ: India defeated New Zealand by 70 runs in the semi-finals and made it to the finals. After India's victory, all the players became emotional. Chahal also came to meet Team India. At the same time, Ashwin kissed Shami's hand.

IND vs NZ: In the ODI World Cup 2023, Team India registered a spectacular victory in the semi-finals. India defeated New Zealand by 70 runs and reached the final of the ODI World Cup for the fourth time. After this victory, Indian players became emotional, and unforgettable scenes were seen in the dressing room of Wankhede Stadium. When Ravichandran Ashwin kissed Mohammed Shami’s hand, Yuzvendra Chahal, despite not being in the team, came to the dressing room to congratulate the players.

The Indian team reached the final after winning a tough fight with New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium. Head coach Rahul Dravid was all smiles while meeting the players after the win. BCCI has posted a video in which Dravid was seen hugging Kuldeep Yadav and Shubman Gill.

Batting coach Vikram Rathod warmly hugged star batsman Virat Kohli. Kohli broke Sachin Tendulkar’s record for most ODI centuries with a brilliant inning of 117 runs in the same match. Shami single-handedly destroyed the batting of the Kiwi team. He was seen sharing an emotional moment with Ashwin. Ashwin praised Shami for taking seven wickets in the semi-final shook his hand and then kissed his hand. After this, Shami said, “I have come up with an answer.” Hearing this, India’s bowling coach Paras Mhambrey could not stop laughing. He was very happy after this victory. Shami signed some bats.

Yuzvendra Chahal, who was out of the Indian ODI team, came to meet the players and warmly hugged Virat, and fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Ishan Kishan. Kohli also had some conversations with Chahal.

Talking about the match, India decided to bat first and scored 397/4 runs in 50 overs. Captain Rohit Sharma (47 runs in 29 balls with the help of four fours and four sixes) and Shubman Gill (80 runs in 66 balls with the help of eight fours and three sixes) gave a good start by making a partnership of 71 runs for the first wicket. Virat scored 117 runs and Shreyas scored 105 runs, taking India’s score to 397. New Zealand captain Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell made a brilliant partnership to bring the Kiwis back into the match. But the Kiwis had no answer to Shami’s seven wickets and India won by 70 runs.
