IND vs WI: Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma is seen leading his team from the front against the West Indies tour and after hitting a century in the first test, he played an important inning of 80 runs for the team in the first innings of the second test match. He shared a strong 139-run partnership with young batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal for the first wicket to get the team off to a good start.
Though, Rohit Sharma was bowled on an average ball in this match and got out after coming close to a century. At the same time, during his innings, he became the first batsman to score 2000 runs for India in the World Test Championship.
