Yuzvendra Chahal dreamed of becoming a fast bowler but became a leg-spinner. Not only this, he was also a good chess player and could have gone further in that game, but his love for cricket made him a bowler. Chahal is very successful as a leg-spinner today. And in his bowling, he has done some amazing things on the field, for which he will always be remembered. Chahal, who was born on 23 July 1990 in Jind (Haryana), turned 33 years old.
Chahal has represented India in ODIs and T20Is where he has been very successful as well as he is the most successful bowler in the Indian Premier League in terms of taking wickets till season 2023. He is the only bowler from India to take a six-wicket haul in a match in ODI and T20I format.

Yuzvendra Chahal is the only bowler from India to take a six-wicket haul in a match in ODI cricket and T20 International cricket. He took 6 wickets for 42 runs against Australia in ODIs whereas in the T20 International match against England, he did a wonderful job of taking 6 wickets for just 25 runs. Talking about Chahal’s ODI record, he took 121 wickets in 72 matches. While he took 91 wickets in 75 T20I matches played for India. Chahal has not got a chance to play in the Test so far. Apart from this, Chahal is also the highest wicket-taker in T20 International matches for India.

Chahal has the most wickets in IPL
Chahal, who has performed brilliantly in international cricket, has also made his mark in the Indian Premier League (IPL). And at this point in time i.e. till IPL 2023, he is the highest wicket-taker in this league. Chahal has taken 187 wickets in 144 innings of 145 matches in this league so far and his best performance has been 5 for 40 in this.
